Satellite Power Supply Engineer X 2

A leading governmental authority in the field of satellite systems design in Egypt is seeking two fresh-graduates engineers to fill the position of satellite power supply Engineer. Successful candidate will have excellent training and they will have a good opportunity to apply an advanced research on the latest power electronics technologies.
Duties
 Hard- and software development of power electronics for satellite power systems and ground support equipments.
 Product development from the first ideas to serial production.
 Performing laboratory bread-boarding and testing as needed.

Essential Requirements:
 Finished study of electrical engineering, preferable with focus on power electronics
 Competent knowledge of active and passive components for power electronics
 General Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics
 The ability to work autonomously
 Good interpersonal skills for efficient team working.
 Fluent English Language.

Preferred skills
A succesful candidate should cover one of the following areas
 Professional experience in development of typical power electronic applications like any of the following:
o Battery chargers.
o DC/DC Converter.
o Photovoltaic power system conditioning.
o Electrical power supplies (linear/ Switched)
 Embedded system design in any of the following:
o Competent knowledge of microcontrollers and/or DSP.
o FPGA or VHDL
 Computer skills in any of the following.
o Modelling and simulation especially with SPICE and /or MathLab& simulink
o programming in C
o real-time software modules
 Printed circuit board development
